Jesus and His Validity Through Genealogy
Jesus is validated as being through the line of Mary (a descendant of Nathan-son of David) by genealogy records. Joseph’s lineage included a curse (Jeremiah 22: 28-30), so Jesus could not have been born through his line. Genesis 3:15; Jeremiah 22: 28-30; Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1: 16, 18, 20; Luke 1: 27-33 (NKJV)
